Workspace Settings

Configure your workspace preferences and defaults.

Workspace Overview

Your workspace contains: - All your brands - Team members - Billing and subscription - Usage tracking - Integration settings Most users have one workspace. Agencies may have multiple for client separation.

General Settings

Configure in **Settings > General**: **Workspace name** Displayed in the header and team invitations. **Timezone** Affects scheduled audits and report timestamps. **Default audit depth** Quick, Standard, or Comprehensive for new audits. **Notification preferences** Email digest frequency and alert settings.

Configured Markets

Set default markets for your workspace: 1. Go to **Settings > Markets** 2. Add your target markets 3. Set as workspace defaults New brands will inherit these markets. You can override per-brand.

Provider Preferences

Configure default AI providers: 1. Go to **Settings > Providers** 2. Enable/disable providers 3. Set priority order Enabled providers are used in audits. Priority affects display order in results.

Data Retention

Control how long data is kept: **Audit history:** 12 months (default), configurable **Knowledge Base:** Until deleted **API logs:** 90 days Enterprise plans support custom retention policies and data export.
