1. Go to **Settings > Billing** 2. Click **"Change Plan"** 3. Select new plan 4. Confirm payment Upgrades take effect immediately. You're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.

Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle. Before downgrading, check: - Brand count doesn't exceed new limit - Team size doesn't exceed new limit - Feature dependencies (API access, etc.) Excess brands/members will be archived, not deleted.

We accept: - Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) - Annual invoicing (Growth+ plans) - Wire transfer (Enterprise) Add or update payment methods in **Settings > Billing > Payment Methods**.

Access invoices in **Settings > Billing > Invoices**. Invoices are generated: - Monthly for monthly plans - Annually for annual plans - On upgrade (prorated) Download PDF invoices for your records or accounting.

EXTRA credits are flexible add-ons that expand your plan capabilities. **Pricing:** 59/mo or 590/yr each **How it works:** 1. Purchase EXTRAs from your billing page 2. Allocate each EXTRA to one of these uses: - **+1 Market** - Add a country-specific market - **+1 Competitor** - Track an additional competitor - **Unlock AI provider** - Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Grok **Important:** Allocations are **permanent**. Once you assign an EXTRA to a specific use, you cannot change it. Choose wisely! **Example use cases:** - On Starter plan but need Claude AI? Buy 1 EXTRA and allocate to "Claude AI" - Need to track more competitors? Buy EXTRAs and allocate to "+1 Competitor" - Expanding to new markets? Allocate EXTRAs to "+1 Market" **Managing EXTRAs:** Go to **Settings > Billing** to see your EXTRA credits summary: - Total purchased - Already allocated - Available to allocate Click "Buy Extras" to purchase more, or "Allocate an Extra" to use an available credit.
