Article 1 - Seller Identification

Article 2 - Purpose and Scope

These Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationship between VectorGap and any professional or individual customer (hereinafter "the Customer") subscribing to the VectorGap platform services.

VectorGap is a SaaS (Software as a Service) brand intelligence platform that enables businesses to monitor and analyze how their brand is perceived by artificial intelligence systems (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.).

Article 3 - Services Offered

VectorGap offers the following services depending on the subscription plan chosen:

• Brand perception monitoring by LLMs (Large Language Models)
• Sentiment analysis and AI reputation scoring
• Brand audit reports
• Real-time alerts and notifications
• Strategy tools and recommendations
• Competitive analysis
• Access to the "War Room" dashboard

Article 4 - Pricing and Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Prices for the different subscription plans are indicated in euros (EUR) and are available on the website's pricing page. Prices may be modified at any time, with changes taking effect for new subscriptions or upon renewal.

4.2 Payment Methods

Payment is made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment provider LemonSqueezy. Payment is due immediately upon subscription.

4.3 Invoicing

An electronic invoice is issued and sent by email for each payment. The Customer can also access their billing history from their account dashboard.

Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Belgian economic law, consumer customers have a 14-day period from the date of subscription to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision by email to: contact@vectorgap.ai

In case of withdrawal, VectorGap will refund the Customer within 14 days following receipt of the request, using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.

Article 7 - Customer Obligations

The Customer agrees to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials
• Use the services in accordance with their intended purpose
• Not attempt to circumvent the technical limitations of the service
• Not use the service for illegal purposes or purposes contrary to public order
• Respect VectorGap's intellectual property rights

Article 8 - VectorGap Obligations

VectorGap commits to:

• Provide access to services in accordance with the subscribed plan
• Maintain service availability (target: 99.5% availability)
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of Customer data
• Inform the Customer of any substantial modification to the services
• Provide customer support via email

Article 9 - Limitation of Liability

VectorGap shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services.

In any case, VectorGap's total liability is limited to the amounts actually paid by the Customer during the 12 months preceding the triggering event.

VectorGap does not guarantee the accuracy of results provided by AI perception analyses, as these depend on responses from third-party artificial intelligence systems.

Article 10 - Personal Data Protection

VectorGap processes Customer personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Belgian law of July 30, 2018.

The Customer has the following rights regarding their personal data:

• Right of access
• Right of rectification
• Right to erasure
• Right to restriction of processing
• Right to data portability
• Right to object

Article 11 - Intellectual Property

VectorGap retains ownership of all intellectual property rights relating to the platform, software, interfaces, and all content produced by VectorGap.

The subscription grants the Customer a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the services for the duration of the subscription.

Article 12 - Modification of Terms

VectorGap reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale. Changes will be notified to the Customer by email at least 30 days before they come into effect. In case of disagreement, the Customer may cancel their subscription before the new terms come into effect.

Article 13 - Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Sale are governed by Belgian law.

In case of dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Belgium.
